Submitting applications to employee benefit fund
You can apply for reimbursements through the electronic service Iris, via OmaKela, or by mail. The application period is six months from the date of paying the costs.
Iris e-services
Register as a user.
- First, register for the electronic service, after which you can submit applications through Iris
- Check the number on the back of your Kela card and select the link
OmaKela online service
Applications are directed to the employee benefit fund.
- Only applications for doctors’ or dentists’ fees, or physiotherapy treatments for which the Kela reimbursement has not been deducted, should be submitted to OmaKela
Applying by mail
Address the letter to the correct fund.
- Check that your name, address, and account number details are correct.
- Kela applications require a signature.
- Detailed application instructions can be found under the benefit section.
