Welcome to the statutory autumn meeting of the Kone’s Employee Benefit Fund for Staff.

Registration

Participation requires pre-registration no later than 31.10.2026. Registration is done using the Webropol form: Register for the autumn meeting

Everyone who has registered in advance will be sent an official Teams invitation before the meeting.

Standing as a candidate

Candidates for the position of member or deputy member of the Board of Directors are requested to indicate their interest using the Webropol form: Register as a candidate for the Board of Directors

Matters to be discussed at the autumn meeting

  1. The remuneration of the Chairman and other members of the Board of Directors and the auditors shall be determined.
  2. The necessary members and deputy members will be elected to replace the resigning Board members and deputy members.
  3. Auditors and deputy auditors are elected.
  4. The rule changes proposed by the board will be discussed.
  5. Other matters mentioned in the notice of the meeting will be discussed.

Changes to the rules proposed by the Board of Directors

  • Rule 11, 5): deleted, the processing of the daily allowance by the Benefit Fund has been removed from the Act.
  • Rule 14.1: delete the second sentence on doctor’s fees.
  • Rule 14.2: Specify the reimbursement of the doctor’s fee for surgery.
  • Rule 14.7: Massage and other treatments are separated from physiotherapy; The reimbursement for massage and other treatments is a maximum of 1000 euros per year and the referral requirement for other treatments is removed, physiotherapy is reimbursed a maximum of 20 times a year. The reimbursement percentages remain unchanged.
  • Rule 14.9: compensation up to 5000 euros, deductible 200 euros; some restrictions will be removed and operating instructions will be added.
