Current Updates from the Kone’s Employee Benefit Fund for Operatives
No payment commitment needed for MRI scans
You no longer need a separate payment commitment for MRI scans. A doctor’s referral is sufficient, and you can book an appointment directly with our partner providers. We recommend using these partners to lower your deductible and to help reduce expenses for the benefit fund.

Helsinki and Kerava MRI Center

Pihlajalinna
Simply present your Kela card with the benefit fund code to receive direct reimbursement.
Please note: Aava and Terveystalo do not have a billing agreement due to higher pricing. In these cases, you must pay for the scan yourself and apply for reimbursement afterward. The deductible will also be higher.
If the referring doctor is from a different clinic, please request a copy of the referral to take with you.
Change in Customer Service Phone Hours
The customer service phone hours of the benefit fund are changing. From now on, phone service will be available on weekdays from 8:00 to 11:00.
This change aims to improve service efficiency and ensure that we can handle inquiries as smoothly and quickly as possible. You can still contact us by email outside of phone service hours at [email protected]
