A reminder regarding physiotherapy reimbursements:

Kela reimburses four physiotherapy visits per year (€15 per visit). From the fifth visit onwards, Kela no longer pays reimbursement. In these cases you can apply for reimbursement directly through the Iris e-service.

For the first four visits, you can apply for reimbursement via OmaKela. Please remember to attach the following documents to your application:

• invoice or cash receipt
• SV 3FS form: report on physiotherapy provided and fees charged (completed by the therapist)
• SV 127 application form (fill in sections 1, 2, and 4)

The application will be forwarded to the employee benefit fund, who will pay the additional benefit at the same time. The Kela reimbursement can also be deducted directly by the service provider. In this case reimbursement can be applied for through Iris.

Please also note that the application period is 6 months from the payment date.
